There are those chips that are unicorns, or white whales, spoke of, maybe even documented but never (or almost never) seen. For example Hitachi made a copy of the Intel 4004 CPU. El salto del prototipo de lanzador reutilizable de Honda - Eureka, El 17 de junio de 2025 a las 07:15 UTC un nuevo prototipo de despegue y aterrizaje vertical (VTVL) despegó y aterrizó con éxito en Asia. En principio, puede parecer algo rutinario, pues en los últimos años hemos visto más de una decena de vuelos de estos prototipos de la mano de empresas estatales y privadas chinas. No obstante, la novedad es que no se trataba de un vehículo VTVL chino, sino japonés. De la empresa Honda, para más señas. El prototipo, de 6,3 metros de longitud, 0,85 metros de diámetro y 1312 kg de masa (900 kg en seco) despegó desde la costa frente a ciudad de Taiki (大樹町), en el distrito de Hiroo de la isla de Hokkaido para alcanzar 271,4 metros de altura antes de aterrizar (no muy lejos de donde la empresa japonesa Interstellar Technologies tiene sus instalaciones). El vuelo duró 56,6 segundos y el vehículo aterrizó a solo 37 centímetros del centro del objetivo (hay que matizar que la empresa a cargo de este prototipo es Honda Research and Development Co. Ltd., una subsidiaria de Honda Motor Co. Ltd., que es la matriz famosa en el mundo entero por sus coches y motocicletas). (en Ciencia)
